Workout Programs

There are many workout programs out there but you need to decide which one you like and go with it. If you connect with Derek he can help you choose the best program for you. Cross fit is a big deal right now, and going to the gym to lift weights or take classes has always been fun. I would like you to consider getting a Beach body program. You will have something to do at home (shave time off having to drive to the gym) and workout in the comfort of your own home ladies, without having to be gawked at by a bunch of meat heads in the gym. Whatever reason you may find to try a home workout, you will not be sorry you did. You will always have something to go back to, and even take it with you on the road. A little about Derek

Derek has been a fitness Coach with Beach Body for the past 3 years. Prior to that he taught health and P.E. to an elementary school and spent 6 years as a Paramedic Firefighter.
