This post is really more of an announcement about the latest program to be released by Beach Body.  I think it is a really cool concept, especially since my wife really wants to do country dancing with me. We have not personally done the workout yet, but will be trying it out soon. Once that happens I will have more of a review for you, but until then here is a link to check out the program for yourself.

I try to just promote the things I really like, and actually do.  I will be brutally honest if I’m not really into something, my motivation fizzles quickly and I don’t finish.  There is more to it than just that, such as accountability and a mind dead set on results, but essentially I say all this because I am going to do this program.  If you follow me on Facebook you will notice that I’ve gained some weight since the Holidays have started.  So here’s the deal.  If you help me, I’ll help you.  Join my challenge group and help me lose 10 lbs of fat, and I’ll help you do the same.  Ten lbs is actually very easy, I can lose that in a couple weeks, but simultaneously I’ll be gaining muscle so the 60 day program is more realistic for my goals.  I’m excited for this new program and I hope you are too.  Check out the video below, and also head over to my other pages for Hammer and Chisel Reviews…Obviously I haven’t done the program yet, but head over there for more videos.

Day 4 of My P90X3 journey

It’s On now!

Ok so I am not the greatest at finishing everything.  I’ve had a lot of jobs…but now I’m rocking the businesses and why not have 3?  Beside the fact that I am enjoying all my businesses even though I work harder at them than jobs, I truly enjoy my life.  All that little backstory being said I plan on sticking out this next 90 days on P90X3!  I started it a while back…about 2 years ago and never really went all the way through, I don’t remember why I stopped I just did.  Either way I’m back at it and now I don’t see myself stopping.  It is day 4 and I am simply enjoying this program a lot…I mean a LOT!  I can’t believe how great I’m feeling; how challenging the moves are, but also how enjoyable it is…Special thanks to my wife who is helping keep me accountable.  Do you need accountability? Get your workout in, outdoors

My wife really enjoys working outside.  Sometimes she likes to really sweat it out working in the garden, or around the ranch.  She likes to say that you can get your daily dose of vitamin D and a little detox while sweating out, and of course moving your lymph by moving around.   Of course in Arizona it is also really hot right now so all of this is easy to do year round.  Now that it is getting cooler outside, I am really enjoying outside chores in the morning.  I am also a beekeeper so when I throw on my bee suit it is pretty much instant that I have a lot of sweating ahead of me.  Beekeeping in Arizona can be particular hard since it is so hot outside.   Then there are trees that need to be tended to, and helping in the garden is fun too.  That being said, I can’t always get a workout in, but when I don’t I try to make it a routine to get something active done outside.  There is so much that can be done, walking around on a break, walking the dog, or just reading a good book in the sun, are all some ways to get outside and get  a little workout in too.

A little story to inspire you.  So 7 months ago my wife was looking to move out into a place in Scottsdale AZ.  We have a ranch house way out West and I was on the ambulance working as a paramedic when my position moved me out into the East Valley.  She was actively looking, even for an apartment.  So we ended up getting a small place and have been there ever since.  After we decided to move back 100% of the time to the ranch instead of splitting the time 50/50 (since I had quit the ambulance job) She noticed how happy she was feeling on the farm.  She pointed it to the fact that she was outside more often, she was getting sunshine, and she didn’t feel cooped up as she did in the city.  That all being said I hope you are inspired to take time every day to get outside especially now that it is cooling down.  For more interesting ideas google search ways to get outside and workout, or check out a workout program if you are already outside enough.

Fitness and Health

Today the health industry is pretty much synonymous with living a high quality life.  A refreshing workout, quality raw products for food and plenty of rest is usually what wraps up the health industry.  There is a lot more to living a fit and healthy life than those listed but essentially it all comes down to preventative maintenance.  Your mindset is also a big factor in your health.  Many people will lose weight and look and feel great and then lose their hard earned accomplishments soon after.  There are many ways to look the way you want, but to really be what you want to be, it takes consistent action and changing your mindset.  In a sense it is becoming a new person completely but really it is realizing the potential of how you were always meant to live.
